The second INSARAG ToT programme of forty (40) officials was conducted from 13th to 17th September 2021 at the Centre for Disaster Response Training of Sri Lanka Army (CDRT-SLA), Gampola to accredit the INSARAG standards for Tri Forces, Police, STF & Fire Service Department of Sri Lanka.

Certificates were awarded to forty participants who successfully completed this programme. The closing ceremony of this programme was held on 17th of September 2021 at the main auditorium of CDRT-SLA. Major General (Rtd.) Sudantha Ransinghe RWP, RSP, MSc, ndu, psc. grace the glamorous occasion as the Chief Guest.
